Vodim is happy to receive returned items where necessary. We offer the option of exchange, in store credit to your Vodim account or full refund to the original payment method used to purchase garment(s). Vodim customers have 7 business days from the receipt of their garment to notify Vodim of their intention to return their purchase, and 14 business days from receipt of their order to organise its return. Returns that are not organised within this time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of our dispatch and inventory coordinator. For returns or exchanges please email our dispatch and inventory coordinator Margaret - email@example.com All garments returned to our studio must be in unworn, unused condition and still have all of the original tags and labelling intact. Please be careful when trying on all garments as stains from makeup etc will deem the garment unreturnable. In the event that garments are returned in a condition that does not meet with our returns policy, the garment(s) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the purchaser.
