Customer Service

Vodim is a luxe designer Label, and everything about your shopping experience with us should leave you feeling looked after and valued as a customer. Your constructive feedback will always be respected and we want to hear from you with any questions, concerns or even positive feedback that you may have. Our Customer Care department is open during business hours WST between 9am and 5pm. If for some reason we are unavailable at the time of your call we guarantee to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours. You can direct any questions or enquiries to Joanne at vodim@mail.com. The payment methods accepted by Vodim are Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Once payment for your garment has been received in full, an email will be sent to you from Vodim confirming your purchase. Your garment(s) will be shipped the following business day after we have received payment. We pride ourselves on quality customer service and believe your shopping experience doesn’t end until you have received your designer label purchase and are completely satisfied with your beautiful new designer piece. All Vodim garments are personally examined by our Inventory and dispatch coordinator Margaret and only garments that meet with our strict standard for quality control will be sent out of our studio. At this time Vodim apparel is only sold online within Australia however international enquiries and orders will happily be catered for wherever possible. 

 Colour and Design

Vodim promises to provide exceptional quality photography of our designs. We aim to show our colours as accurately as possible on the Vodim web site, however colour variation may occur depending on the customers computer or electronic device being used to view our products. Design details will be shared as clearly as possible as we value our products as much as you do and want to you to wear them with pride.


Vodim is a small boutique family run pick, pack and send Label. This means that Vodim manufactures, quality checks then stores our products ready for purchase. This allows us to know exactly what inventory we have and ensures we can provide the products we have sold. Vodim is proud to be 100% Australian Made. While the chief of our apparel is manufactured in Perth, we also engage a number of skilled independent seamstresses to carefully hand piece our more delicate designs. Quality is extremely important to us at Vodim and incorporating masters of the craft of garment creation ensures exquisitely finished apparel.


Vodim is happy to receive returned items where necessary. We offer the option of exchange, in store credit to your Vodim account or full refund to the original payment method used to purchase garment(s). Vodim customers have 7 business days from the receipt of their garment to notify Vodim of their intention to return their purchase, and 14 business days from receipt of their order to organise its return. Returns that are not organised within this time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of our dispatch and inventory coordinator. All garments returned to our studio must be in unworn, unused condition and still have all of the original tags and labelling intact. Please be careful when trying on all garments as stains from makeup etc will deem the garment unreturnable. In the event that garments are returned in a condition that does not meet with our returns policy, the garment(s) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the purchaser.

Size Chart and Sizing

We want our customers to be as comfortable as possible wearing our designs, we understand it is just as important to feel good as look good. As much care as possible has been taken to provide accurate measurements to help you choose your size.. We recommend using a tape measure to ascertain your own personal measurements (perhaps with the help of another person) and then compare them to the size chart supplied. The ‘bust’ measurement is taken from across the fullest part of the bust with the tape measure horizontal at the back, do not pull or compress the bust as this will give a false measurement. The ‘waist’ measurement is taken at your ‘natural’ waist a few cm above the belly button. Again do not compress the flesh or pull tight the measuring tape as a false measurement will not help your clothes to hang well. The ‘hip’ measurement is taken from across the fullest part of the upper thighs. This will ensure skirts hang well and move with you as you walk. This measurement can usually be worked out by measuring 20cm down from the waist, then using this point as a marker measuring the circumference of the upper thigh/hip. These measurements are a guide only you know your body the best and may feel you need to measure slightly higher or slightly lower. When looking at the size chart please take into consideration fabric and style of garment. Some stretch fabrics may be a more generous fit than others and woven fabrics will not stretch at all.
